The prints can travel farther than I can.
Delivery time depends on where you are.

How much does shipping cost?

Will I get tracking info?

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact our trusted partner Printful within 30 days of delivery at: support@printful.com.
Please include your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos showing the full item and the damage. Printful will review the issue and may offer a replacement or refund if the claim qualifies.

What if my package is lost in transit?

If your package does not arrive, contact Printful at support@printful.com no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
Please include your order number and tracking information so they can investigate the shipment.
If tracking says Delivered, check around your property, with neighbors or housemates, and with the local carrier before submitting a claim.

Are the artworks based on real people?

No.
The works featured by Parallel Press are fictional creations and should not be interpreted as depictions of real individuals.
Likenesses are channeled from parallel realities.
