We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing, or personal preference.
Damages and Issues
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at formapressart@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include a photo of the item and your order number so we can assess the issue.
We review every request on a case-by-case basis. If the damage is confirmed and meets our criteria, we’ll send a replacement free of charge—no need to return the original item.
Replacements are offered at our discretion based on the condition of the item and the nature of the issue. Be kind, be honest—we’ll do our best to make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not offer returns on sale items, gift cards, or custom/personalized products.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. To qualify, the item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
In most cases, we offer replacements rather than refunds.
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at formapressart@gmail.com.
